Taupungatia Ki Te Reo Māori
Te reo Māori is central to how we understand our world, connecting us to place, to people, and to the knowledge embedded within our language.
Taupungatia ki te Reo Māori is a 40-week bilingual programme for uri Ngātiwai who are committed to strengthening their te reo Māori and deepening their connection to Ngātiwaitanga through immersive and practical language learning.
Through weekly face-to-face classes and participation in two Kura Reo, tauira will grow their confidence in speaking and understanding te reo Māori while developing a stronger foundation in tikanga, identity, and culture. Taupungatia ki te Reo Māori supports learners to carry their reo journey into their homes, workplaces, marae, and communities.
